A Digital Twin for your production process
The OFS system is able to generate a digital process parallel to the real system, the Digital Twin, i.e. making the virtual replication process the same inputs that are supplied to the system. OFS is able to trace in real time the production process on all production lines verifying the operating conditions under which it is performed.

Customer Orders and Transport Documents
Customer orders directly arrive at the hand PC through which the operator can pick the material. OriWeb automatically produces and records the transport documents.
The widespread management of all the production resources that OFS is able to carry out, allows OriWeb to calculate in a very accurate way the primary cost of finished products.
This module supports all commonly used food safety standards – SQF, BRC and ISO and can be integrated into OFS-managed processes.
The module allows to organize the equipment maintenance operations, the manuals and the procedures to follow. To summarize the activities carried out and manage the spare parts warehouse.
Available for the management a set of dashboards for each business area with the main KPIs of production, costing and OEE plants.
All information in OFS is available to be integrated with the information systems already in the customer’s hands, thus avoiding inefficiency and unnecessary waste of working hours.
It assists the operator to start production and ingredient dosing operations. It performs automatic stock alignment and traceability of dosed raw material lots.
The production plan generated in OriWeb is transmitted to OriControl on our devices in production to be executed by the operators on the line.
OriContro HMI supports different weighing systems so that the customer can weigh ingredients with even very different quantities, with a single tool.
Operator recognition, micro ingredient dose preparation, production progress tracking are some of the uses of RFID technology within OriControl.
Thanks to the perfect integration of all OFS components, OriControl is able to manage the unloading of dosed ingredients in real time and to align their stock on the central logistics system.
The traceability of raw materials and packaging has always been one of the most critical activities for food production. OriControl makes the traceability process simple, fast and safe.
OriControl integrates a module to allow the workstation on which it is installed to act as a gateway to the PLC of a machine in the production process, compliant with Industry 4.0 standards.

OriPrint allows you to interface with label or document printing devices. Labels and documents can be created and customized through a convenient graphical interface in OriWeb.
